Amma Chicken
Ingredients
curd
chili powder
turmeric powder
ginger garlic paste
salt
65 red color
onion
Green Chili
curry leaves

Directions
Chicken(raw or half boil )soak with curd / chili powder/turmeric powder/ginger garlic paste/salt/ 65 red color
Marinate for 4 or 5 hours
In a pan fry onion (long in size) till it become light red in color
Fry green chili (long in size) fry
Fry curry leaves
In a hot pan put some sombu and add the marinated chicken and fry in medium flame till it cook
Before serving decorate with fried onion/fried green chili/little lime juice/curry leaves
