Chicken 555
Ingredients
Marinate Mix
2 eggs
2 tbs Corn flour
2 tbs Maida
1 sp ginger garlic paste
Salt
1 sp red chili powder
1/2 sp pepper powder
Mix to a paste and marinate chicken for 2 hrs
1kg Chicken
1 cup curd
1/2 sp coriander powder
1/2 sp red chili powder
salt
1/2 sp pepper
1 sp red chili powder for color
2 sp Tandoori chicken masala
1 sp kasturi methi

Directions
1. Marinate chicken in the mix for 2 hrs and deep-fry in oil
2. In a kadai before turn on the flame
3. Add 1 cup curd beaten well
4. Add 1/2 sp cooriander powder, 1/2 sp red chili powder, salt , 1/2 sp pepper
5. Add 1 sp red chili powder for color
6. 2 sp Tandoori chicken masala
7. Add 1 sp kasturi methi
8. mix well and then turn on the heat to low
9. when is starts boiling add chicken and dry fry it
