Nagarjuna Chili chicken
Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Chilli to grind 20
Chilli cut in half 10 to 12. As per spice level required
Turmeric 1 pinch
Oil 3 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 3tsp
Water half glass to cook chicken
Corn flour slury

Directions
Grind chill without water ( don't grind smooth)
Add oil in a kadai and the ground chili
Add cut chili also and fry well till raw smell goes
Add Chicken and turmeric and fry well
Add salt , vinegar and soy sauce
Close and cook for 2 min
Add water and then cover and cook for 10 min until chicken is done
Add the corn flour surly and thicken the gravy
